I came to eat with my wife and it was a pure delight. The light and airy pastry, the high-quality ingredients, and the generous portions were all excellent. The service was attentive without being intrusive. And the absolute best part? The tiramisu was the best we've ever had, despite our five trips to Italy. Bravo!

We came as a group of six over the weekend of the Festival of Lights (a very busy weekend for restaurants) and we received a very warm welcome! The pizzas were delicious and very generous, I highly recommend it!

A really nice pizzeria: generous and delicious pizzas and salads. Tiramisu and cannoli = yum yum 😋 I recommend it, but be aware the place is small 😉

It was thanks to the positive reviews on Google Maps that we chose Gio Gio pizzeria. Located on the small Rue du Confort, just steps from Place des Jacobins, it's a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of Rue de la République. The establishment is small: about ten tables, a bar, and a view of the kitchen – a truly simple setting. The welcome is warm, and the waitress is very friendly and pleasant. The menu is available via a QR code on your table or as a printed menu. For an aperitif, there's a nice selection of Spritzes for €9.50: Campari, Curaçao, Saint-Germain, Limoncello, etc. For your main course, you can choose from antipasti, salads, and of course, pizzas: four cheeses, spicy, anchovy, and more. A selection of about ten pizzas, each more tempting than the last! We weren't disappointed by the quality of these pizzas: thin crust, fresh tomato sauce (that makes all the difference!), quality ingredients, light and flavorful pizzas like we've rarely tasted. A wonderful discovery that you absolutely must try! Thank you to the restaurant team for your expertise and warm welcome; we will gladly return.

Booking online is very easy. The staff is welcoming. The pizzas are very good and offer good value for money.

Excellent pizzas and friendly (if a little overwhelmed) hosts. Note that the place is small and can get noisy quickly. A good find!
