Great little Japanese restaurant hidden away from the main streets.
Authentic Japanese plates were so tasty.
We had food and drink at the corner of the counter. Quiet and cozy small place. Would like to come back again.
Absolutely fantastic like always. Thank you Cita(not sure if spelling🤭) Food n cooks bloody brilliant. Prices amazing. Super friendly staff, tis like eating at home. Thank youuuuu💚💚💚💚
A luxury izakaya. Prices easily exceed twenty euros for a dish to share. The quantity is a bit insufficient. However, the dishes were fresh and well executed. Not incredible but very good. When you go there, you don't have to count your money to be able to have fun and explore the map. I read complaints about the service in the reviews: I found it professional and discreet. It suited me.
Intimate atmosphere, I appreciated it. I think it's likely I'll go back!
Everything is delicious, refined and fresh. A small menu but with a little bit of everything. A simple but fast service. A beautiful, very relaxing and intimate place.
Clearly an address I would return to!
We're her for the Olympics and made some qestionable choices for meals thus far - too much of a need for convenience. Sagan was a very welcome exception to this. We were looking for something special and high quality and this fulfilled our wishes. We had no reservation but walked in and were immediately seated at the counter/bar. Our server was helpful, gracious and elegant. Sagan has an exceptional wine list (which we did not sample). We ordered tonkatsu, lemon chicken, inari, and tempura. All were very well prepared. For us the lemon chicken was a highlight. The inari was delicious - not nearly as sweet as I've become accustomed to in the U.S. The rice was perfect and a flavored very well. We found the serving size of the tonkatsu and chicken more than adequate - belying the criticism of others. Given the opportunity we would definitely return.
