I highly recommend it. A lovely welcome in this family-run restaurant. Quiet. Lunch with my grandma who thoroughly enjoyed herself, right down to the flambéed pineapple fritter for dessert 🤗

We received our food after two hours. If you have a child, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant because you have to wait a very long time to eat! Otherwise, the dishes were very good and delicious! Kudos to the chef.

We absolutely love Nouveau Saigon in Albi! Everything here is homemade, and you can taste it in every dish. The stir-fried noodles are amazing, and the spring rolls and samosas are crispy and flavorful. My husband chose the beef loc lac and thoroughly enjoyed it, while the chili chicken was simply delicious: full of flavor and perfectly spiced. Generous, authentic cuisine, a warm welcome… in short, we love it and highly recommend it! ⭐
