Saint Joseph sur Sancoins

Dîner en Famille. Restaurant très agréable, nourriture délicieuse. Cependant, je dois exprimer mon indignation quand au comportement du personnel. Des serveuses qui frôlent l’agressivité, des comportements passifs-agressifs. Cette ambiance ne permet pas de profiter pleinement de l’expérience. Au moment de régler la note, il était clair que le personnel attendait notre départ et nous a fait sentir de trop. Heureusement que le plus jeune des serveurs était au petit soin pour nous. C’est extrêmement dommage considérant la qualité de la nourriture.

We stopped for lunch on Saturday. A nice surprise. Because the exterior facade is certainly not very inviting, just like the bar room, but we pushed a little further to discover a beautiful terrace. Very well received. The à la carte meal was perfect and the service impeccable.

This is the 3rd time that we have dined and slept at the Saint Joseph hotel with my granddaughter. We have never been disappointed by the welcome, the comfort of the rooms and the meals served. It has become our stopover on the vacation route! The environment around the hotel is very pleasant, particularly with a play area for children.

We stopped there for lunch with my partner and we were not disappointed. The portions were generous, the service attentive and the bill more than reasonable. In short, I recommend.

I put this note because when we arrived with 3 people. with a staff of 5 people he was disoriented it would have been necessary to have almost reserved to be able to have lunch but that's not the problem, the meal was not bad myself and my ribs had taken the flank steak with shallots I looked for the shallots but there wasn't any what a shame to forget this condiment I don't know if it was forgotten or a failure by the cook to see if I will one day come back to Sancoins

Excellent group stay with our association to visit the region (3 nights in half board) in this establishment, comfortable and clean rooms, very good meals and hearty breakfasts, impeccable service and friendly staff, I recommend this establishment.
