Our hotel recommended this restaurant, and it was pretty good.
Most of the seats are outside and unless it's August, take a coat!
Service is efficient and professional but not stuffy.
Fish is super fresh, caught that day.
There is a massive choice of eating places on the quayside but this is a good one.
This review might seem harsh, but let's say at the outset, there's nothing to fault here really. Service was very good, helpful, friendly, prompt and all you'd want it to be, so no issues. Value fro money, I'd say was fair to reasonable. So why the average rating? Well the food was fine but truthfully it wasn't out of the ordinary and believe me I've had ordinary before, and also outstanding, so while the fish was good, the sardine starter also good it was just that and the vegetables to be honest were uninspired as was the overall presentation. Did we have a good lunch, yes absolutely would I eat here again yes, but equally Sete has a bazillion restaurants to choose and choosing isn't easy so equally i'd likely try another next time, but this place won't disappoint you....but also won't inspire you.
