Today I went to the St. Georges des Coteaux store to return a polo shirt I'd bought the day before that didn't fit. I mistakenly went to the customer service desk in the store area instead of the mall area. A receptionist approached me, and I explained that it was a return. She then asked if I was leaving the store. I asked her why she asked this strange question, and she pointed out, with a certain aplomb, that I was in the store area and that I might have stolen the polo shirt. I was very surprised and offended by her response, especially since she asked for my loyalty card to process the refund, even though I have proof of purchase on the app via my receipt. It's never pleasant to be called a thief, and I found her behavior extremely rude. I'm a loyal customer of your store, and I find it unacceptable to be treated this way. You should really review the training of your receptionists. It's easier to lose a customer than to retain one. Something to think about... I hope the store management takes this feedback into account so it doesn't happen again. I can't stand being called a thief... For your information, this incident occurred yesterday afternoon around 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 22nd. This will allow you to check who was present according to the schedule. Large Leclerc supermarket with a huge, partially covered parking lot. The inside is clean, but I'm going to talk about the sushi section. What are these prices? It's become very expensive, even overpriced, considering the inconsistent quality of the different dishes. You'd be better off getting takeout from a Japanese restaurant. What a shame.

Quick meal before a movie night

Large store. Supermarket prices. EV fast charging available.

Larger example of the supermarket chain. In addition to food and drink, the mall-style facility has restaurants, gift shops, electronics, opticians etc. Fuel and gaz available. Shop and collect now at adjacent site.

Convenient parking space...decent shade...very practical when you have children in bad weather...it allows you to take the time to properly put away your shopping...

The only downside to this store is the ambient noise.

Overall the store is quite good, it's a shame that Leclerc doesn't accept Amex credit cards, Hyper U does, as do the two Intermarché stores in Saintes.
