A wonderful experience! A young waiter was incredibly attentive, polite, and patient with our questions about the Japanese dishes. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, beautifully presented plates, and a very clean, air-conditioned restaurant with discreet yet refined decor. Prices were very reasonable: highly recommended!

A pleasant place, a truly excellent welcome, comfortable, lovely, well-thought-out decor, fresh products and cuisine – a real journey to Japan: spices, flavors, freshness – ideal. One small drawback, but one that could be easily fixed: a toilet door would be important.

I've never eaten such good sushi.
It's simple: the waitress explained that they have a sushi master who makes it, and you can tell. Other places have Asian people making it, but they do it badly because they put a sauce in the rice that ruins the taste of the fish.
Here, I could really taste the fish and the vegetables.
I didn't used to like sushi, but now I know why because it wasn't sushi at all; it only had the name.
Anyway, thanks to them, I've made peace with sushi, but I'll only eat it here from now on. It's a shame they're so far from Toulouse; otherwise, we'd go more often. If you're in the area and don't know about it, go there immediately, and apparently, you need to make a reservation.
For those who already know, I'm not telling you anything new, but enjoy it, you lucky things!
