An exceptional experience. The taste and flavors were truly outstanding, the atmosphere very calm with soothing background music and a warm ambiance. The couple who run this restaurant are incredibly kind. Exquisite dishes, presented with great delicacy and beauty. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience, on a day when thunder roared loudly 😉

A must-visit if you come to La Rochelle, a very good restaurant, super friendly owner, we came there 8 years ago and nothing has changed, still as good! The restaurant has been open for 24 years... simple, efficient.

We visited this restaurant 8 years ago and really enjoyed it... Having recently returned, the place is truly delightful, from the ambiance and the friendliness and kindness of the two owners to the delicious food. I love Japanese culture, and this restaurant confirms even more that these are people overflowing with kindness and warmth, which is evident in every flavor. Thank you for the warm welcome! 😊

We ordered takeout, and the food was excellent! Large portions of very fresh fish. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we thank them for that. I highly recommend it!

A superb find! While visiting La Rochelle, we discovered this little Japanese restaurant and were delighted! The food is truly delicious, and the fish is fresh. I had sashimi and my wife had skewers. The food was cooked to order and was excellent. Furthermore, the welcome was very warm; the owners are exceptionally kind. Thank you for this wonderful meal!

18/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. We had a fantastic meal; the sushi was generous and delicious. Special mention to the waiter, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire meal.
13/08/2026: We ordered sushi and sides by phone, and let me tell you, this is the best sushi restaurant in town. The service was friendly, the food was very fresh, and we even received a little gift. Thanks again, I'll be back!

21/08/2026: Delighted with this discovery with my son. Fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Vegetarian and vegan options, main courses and desserts. A warm welcome to top it all off. We were won over.
