We had lunch with a young woman at Buffalo Grill today. We appreciated the service and Valérie's friendliness! Plus, it was good, considering the price. We recommend it!

I had a wonderful time at Buffalo Grill. The waitress was remarkably kind, smiling, attentive, and truly listened to my needs. The service was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt welcome. It's a pleasure to encounter a team that puts so much heart into making the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend it; it makes me want to come back.

My girlfriend and I came for lunch, so we wanted a quick meal. Our request was taken into account as soon as we arrived and respected. The service was excellent, provided by a waitress who I think has been working there for quite some time. The €9.90 set menu was perfect for this type of meal. We've also been several times as a family with the children, and it's always been fantastic!

Emergency!!! We must save Buffalo Grill, which is taking on water from all sides tonight. We can't dine on the outdoor terrace due to staff shortages. The cutlery and glasses are stained with limescale. It would be good to wipe them down and check the cleanliness before setting up your tables. When you order a half-pint of peach, you have to put peaches in the bottom of the glass, otherwise it's only half! The rolls are as hard as pebbles, much better afterward... All this without a word of apology from the waitress, or the manager for that matter. This wasn't just happening at my table; the dissatisfaction was widespread at several tables around us. No compensation was offered. Conclusion: You wanted to close the small Buffalo Grill located 500 meters away, which was much more welcoming than this one. I can tell you now that it was a mistake. There was a team of true professionals, not a bunch of incompetents who just decide to be waitresses because they have to pay the bills. I paid my bill, but believe me, it will be my last visit for a long time. I just reread my review from three years ago, and since last Tuesday (my first visit in three years), I'm going to revise my opinion honestly. A HUGE change on all levels (except for the return of my greeting at the entrance, which I'm still waiting for!!!!!) Fast service, no order mistakes. The waitress was pleasant and professional. The dishes were served hot, and the portions were ample. Keep up the good work, you're on the right track!
