It was a lovely evening at your restaurant! I was served by our waitress Aïcha, who was always polite and helpful to me and the other customers, always keeping an eye on any tables that seemed to need her assistance. She always had a smile on her face when interacting with customers and never lost any energy! I also noticed that she was quite playful with the children, which, even though I don't have any, is fantastic for a family restaurant! As for the food, the complimentary salad with warm bread is always a nice touch, and I ordered pork ribs that were quite well-balanced. The caramelized flavor was just enough to allow the pork to shine through. However, I found the sauces a bit bland, even the Roquefort, which is usually a cheese with a strong character, except for the American-style sauces, which had plenty of flavor. The wait was also short, although that was probably because the restaurant wasn't full. In the end, it was a very good place! I recommend it.

Excellent service, I come often, I love the manager Vava, the food is fantastic, I've been a regular here for many years. There's a new guy, Antoine, who is very nice. I love this restaurant for the quality of the meat. The service is quite fast and I adore the manager. She's always smiling. Truly a perfect restaurant for me.
