Salad&Co sur Villeneuve-D'Ascq

I've been going to Salad & Co for several years now, and during my last visit, on the evening of Sunday, April 6, 2025, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of service, which was unfortunately very unsatisfactory. The staff present that evening were unfriendly, which is quite surprising for a usually welcoming establishment. There was a shortage of vanilla ice cream and yogurt, which we reported, simply stating that it would have been helpful to inform us in advance to better meet customer expectations. The response received was: "We're not obligated to tell you, we're not going to close the restaurant for that, and you don't come to Salad & Co just for that..." I was truly shocked by the tone and the comments made. As for the buffet, there were no chicken pieces for the salad, nor any chocolate sauce, and the cleanliness clearly left something to be desired. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a "kitchen nightmare," but it could be called a "nightmare at Salad & Co." That said, as a loyal customer, I'm still giving it 5 stars because I want to emphasize that the service is always impeccable when Kenan, Bledard, or Clément are in charge. Their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication deserve to be commended. As you can see, none of them were present that evening, which largely explains the deplorable service we encountered.

It's always good at salad and co I'm always satisfied, the plus of this salad and co compare to the others these the atmosphere that reigns there the servers are happy smiling and Kenan, Bledar and Clement its super adorable always listening to their customer I will eat there because everything is the atmosphere the taste and the concern to please the customers.🤗🤗🤗

It's fine. We got the takeaway option. The salad is self service and the range of products is more or less OK, however it could do with more flavoured protein options. For example, when we went, the only chicken option was plain chicken breast. There were also only a few dressing to choose from. They also didn't seem to offer canned/bottled drinks, just cups with lids that you fill up, so for takeaway it's not so practical. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a discovery for me and I was very pleasantly surprised. The choice, the colors, the flavors. Complete formula for 18.90 euros per person, it's really great. Friendly team. I like this concept. And I join another customer: the kiwi-cucumber sorbet 🤪.

Waited 15 min for a hot drink… same to pay…

A great family time with variety. There really is something for everyone. We enjoy each visit. The children enjoyed their fruit juice cocktail prepared before their eyes and so did the parents! Special mention to the young man at the bar (Tristan?) who is really nice and gives good advice!

I would like to thank the gentleman on the evening of Thursday March 27, I would like to congratulate him for managing this entire evening with perfection despite the number of customers coming to eat for the evening's offer. A department head who knows how to manage the flow of this evening very well. I am saddened for him because some people take advantage of doing the worst thing: not paying. Shame on these people! I thank him for the waste of time I caused him during my payment. I thank him very much for his patience and courage. Keep it up. Great choice of meals, we really loved the kiwi cucumber ice cream. We prepare our plate as we want, lots of fresh vegetables, it’s fresh and pleasant in this heat. Plus you can eat on the terrace so it’s nice. Unlimited drinks and desserts too...vanilla ice cream is a delight. Excellent value for money, I recommend it

Very good meal. The different drinks from the water fountain just lacked taste. It was only water.
