I have no complaints about the store itself: it's a Carrefour, you can find what you need there. However, the checkout service really needs improvement. No greeting, not a word during the entire transaction, no goodbye. The cashier spent the whole time chatting with her colleague, without paying the slightest attention to the customers. The job of a cashier also involves a minimum of interaction with customers. If there's no human contact, you might as well use the self-checkout next time. A simple hello and goodbye costs nothing and completely changes the experience.

A good store where I've shopped for several years and am generally happy. My only complaint is the lack of organic products, particularly frozen fruits and vegetables, which seems essential given the warnings issued by various organizations regarding the effects of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides used in conventional agriculture on the health of consumers. Beyond organic products, the overall selection also seems to be steadily shrinking. Don't just think about profit, but also about your customers' health. Update August 1st: Four months after my initial review, the selection of organic frozen fruits and vegetables has unfortunately not expanded. For example, there are no organic onions, carrots, garlic, peppers, or mushrooms—essential products. As a long-time customer, I remember these items being available a few years ago. I would love to continue doing all my shopping with you, but since the government has decided to allow the use of pesticides banned in the rest of the EU, and being concerned about my health, I think I'll have to look for a store with a better selection of organic frozen foods, perhaps Picard, which is just a few minutes away. To end on a positive note, though: the staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

During busier, busier times, management struggles a bit, with a buildup of clutter and dirt. Perhaps this is due more to the rudeness of some customers than to the staff, who, moreover, have always struck me as kind and helpful. In conclusion, it's definitely a well-stocked market.

Excellent store, ideally located near the metro and bus lines. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of a young Black employee in the deli department. She took the time to leave her section to accompany me to the products I was looking for and help me find my way around some of the aisles. I found this gesture very thoughtful. A big thank you to her for her help and professionalism!

I received a warm welcome at the delicatessen from a young woman (Rena, I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling) who was very polite and welcoming with a lovely smile.

Having lived in Toulouse for a year, I'm a regular at this supermarket. It's easy to get to, has parking, and is clean and well laid out. The staff is always friendly, and you feel safe. However, today, after filling my cart with over €200 worth of groceries (my basket usually costs around that much), I had a bad experience at the checkout. The cashier was as cold as ice (I was the one who said hello) and, more importantly, spoke so softly that I couldn't hear a word she was saying. Once, twice… the third time, I told her I couldn't hear her. I asked her how much I had in my loyalty points balance… she replied, "Under her breath." I made her repeat it, and the more she repeated it, the less audible it became, and the more unpleasant she was. So I leaned towards her and, under my breath, in the same tone as the young lady, asked her: "Can you hear me if I speak to you like this?" She got offended and told me she had a sore throat. To which I replied: "Every week?" (Because yes, this is the second time I've encountered this inaudible tone with her). She then told me she was tired (in a slightly more audible tone), to which I replied: "At your young age?" Anyway, I could have continued this childish game, but ultimately I didn't. I paid and left. This was the register opposite the exit, and my payment was processed on June 30th at 3:17:22 PM. Up until now, all my other transactions at the checkout had been professional with the rest of the staff. But I must admit, this time her attitude irritated me! Times are tough for everyone. Everyone. I make a point of spending my money "in town." Please: this young woman needs to take a customer service refresher course. She needs to learn the basics of customer service. For my part, I'll be going through her checkout line again next time I do my shopping. I'm giving the store and the rest of the lovely team, who are doing their best, a chance. Sincerely,
