Always a fantastic experience at La Gourmandise Tea Room and Restaurant in Mulhouse! Top-notch service, a welcoming and always smiling team. The bread rolls are delicious, fresh, and truly indulgent. A place I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, when we were there, there was only a basic selection of pastries. Elaborate cakes, like the ones in the photos, weren't available. However, the pastries were fabulous and the service was extremely friendly! This place comes highly recommended.

Unfortunately, and as always, we are faced with the ignorance of bosses who believe that the customer consumes and keeps quiet, but there is a limit to this: degraded toilets, treacherous steps and let's talk about that famous door, and yet it's not for lack of having told them what we should do, otherwise shut up and pay.

The place is still as welcoming and friendly as ever, but the presentation of the tea in a glass surprised me and no longer reflects the elegance of the establishment. I knew Mrs. Broadbeck, who is a very classy woman; it's a shame the new owners aren't preserving the true values, otherwise everything is good—the pastries, the breads, a real treat.

The desserts are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We went during lunchtime and it was quite crowded. The restrooms are clean.

She was very helpful, readily available, polite, and kind, and she showed great patience with some customers, including myself. It was a pleasure, as others don't have the same level of professionalism. I wish her continued success and hope management will thank her.
