Excellent product, lovely employee.

The waitress was very friendly, but the tomatoes in the sandwich were frozen.

A regular customer for years, the service is quick and always friendly. It's great to have a bakery open 7 days a week. The quality of Paul's products has also improved (the pastries are more golden and easier to digest). Good coffee and a wide variety of products at any time.

The prices are a bit high. Aside from that, the service (from the sales assistants) is incredible; I've never encountered anyone unpleasant. It's clean, and the pastries are really good.

New manager! We can immediately see the difference in the shop: very pleasant, friendly, clean, well-stocked shelves with lots of choices. Pure bliss! 😊

We stopped there completely by chance. The receptionist had recently started her training, but she already knew her job well. The range of Paul products is well represented despite the very small size of the sales area. The seating area is equally small, with three tables for two, very close to the passing customers, but still (pleasant) for a short break. We were lucky to get a seat; this chain seems popular, yet its floor space doesn't reflect that at all.
