As a Nespresso customer for over 20 years, I find the service in the boutiques has declined significantly. This Strasbourg store no longer lives up to the brand's standards. A shame.

A truly lovely shop! My friend and I received a wonderful welcome with a delicious new coffee. We often get our coffees there, which are always excellent, and we don't linger. But the detailed explanation, the attention to our needs, the constant smile, the humor, the professionalism, and the time this employee gave us despite the crowd, pleasantly surprised us. We wanted to buy everything...and we spent more than we intended...an excellent saleswoman! I don't know her name (a beautiful, tall woman of mixed race)...but keep up the good work...you're fantastic...we will definitely be back...if possible, with you! Thank you for the lovely keychains!
