New owner at Samanké in Floirac, with a menu that respects African cuisine while adding a lovely modern touch. We love it! The dishes are flavorful, generous, and varied. It's really great to have a place like this in the neighborhood. Special mention for the Bissap 👏🏻

08/02/2026: Delicious! It was really good, we especially enjoyed the marinated meat. However, there were too few staff in the dining room; we ran out of salad very quickly, and while the side dishes were unlimited, we weren't offered more.
06/02/2026: What a great find! It was my first time eating Korean barbecue and I loved the concept! The food was delicious and the young woman who served us was lovely; she explained everything very well and gave us great advice ☺️ The only downsides were the noise level, the rice being extra, and the slightly high price.
