Every year for my birthday, for the past six years, I've ordered from Samsara for home delivery. My family and I have always loved it; the food has always been good quality. But this year, last November, we noticed a change. First, the portions were smaller. The chicken tikka masala is still very good, but the pieces of chicken are smaller. We always order the saffron basmati rice, but this time, while it was indeed basmati, there was no trace of saffron and no cardamom seeds, which give the rice a wonderful, fragrant flavor. Instead, there were a lot of raisins, which made it overly sweet and unpleasant. It was also oily, which was quite unpleasant; we didn't enjoy it at all. The homemade plain naan bread was also different; it was flatter and much too oily, not light and fluffy as usual. I'm really disappointed, and I think next year I'll try a different Indian restaurant. That's such a shame!! :-(

Very tasty and very generous portion!

I've been dining there for fifteen years and have never been disappointed. The dishes are delicious and flavorful, and the service is impeccable. On the downside, the delivery orders were inedible; the meat was sometimes uncooked or spoiled.

Best Indian food I’ve had! Everything was so delicious. We shared several dishes and had mango lassis and wine, it was a lovely experience. The only thing slightly off was the lighting, but overall, the food was incredible and the waiters were so kind. Highly recommend!

Present in the neighborhood for years, this Indian restaurant is a sure bet.
