Discovered randomly during a stop in Troyes. Superb find. Creative, fresh and tasty sandwiches. The bread is simply divine and the ingredients well chosen.

Great for eating on the go at a reasonable price

Found thanks to Google and its superb rating. We had the choice between around ten hot ciabata sandwiches, rather elaborate and sought after flavors that we did not know, which brings an original touch to traditional sandwiches. The welcome from the owner was very warm as were these dishes. We have adored ! I recommend it for a quick break between two visits
