An incredible hotel, its close proximity to the park makes it very interesting

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are quite spacious. The entire family (9 people) stayed in three rooms. All great. We had dinner every night and we found exquisite treatment from the staff, especially from Yziar, who helped us in everything, and from an Italian boy who served us at night at the buffet. We only had a small problem with a girl, but we preferred to ignore her rudeness rather than having the experience bother us. They have a small store where you can find some products in case of emergency, as was our case. The facilities were very good, although due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy the outdoor pool. Totally recommended and thank Yziar again. The only negative thing is the bus, when it picks up clients from various hotels, the moment it fills up it doesn't pass or it doesn't open. I think that a hotel of such a category could have its own bus or pick up clients from fewer hotels. It is the only thing to improve and it would not be difficult at all, especially in seasons that are considered high

We had a wonderful time at the Dream Castle. The hotel is beautiful and feels like a small castle set in the countryside but only a 30 minute train ride from the city. Shuttle service every 15 minutes took us from the lobby to the train station at Paris Disneyland which was convenient. The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The bar was very nice with comfortable seating leading to a huge balcony in the back overlooking a nicely landscaped garden and the swimming pool. The heated pool was large and very nice. Livie at the front desk was awesome. She was super friendly and helpful. We were in Paris for the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics and had many questions about how to get to various places in the city, which train to take, which station to get off etc. She was very knowledgeable and gave us useful tips about restaurants and little known but interesting places to visit. She even called the restaurants in Paris and made dinner reservations for us. She made us feel very welcome and our stay all the more enjoyable. Breakfast is served in two large banquet halls and had a wide variety of food choices for everyone. There were plenty to do at the hotel. We could lounge in the huge lobby, the bar or outdoors in the large balcony with plenty of seating and a ping pong table. They had many things to keep the kids occupied including a play area with indoor rock climbing. Overall we had a very pleasant stay during our week long trip to Paris.

We usually stay at a different hotel when we go to DLP, so this was our first time staying here. The room size was average, and the facilities were old, but we were comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent. We felt it was of very high quality.

Nice hotel but with almost non-existent services, except for the shuttle to Disneyland which runs every 10 minutes. The rooms are not very comfortable, there isn't even a space to put your clothes and the cleanliness is poor. Decent breakfast and very expensive prices at the bar. Even in the pool there is no service, it's all do it yourself! I wasn't satisfied at all!!!

First let me say we are from the states and as such we have a bit different style of a 4 start hotel. As this is listed. The decor here is very pretty on the 1st floor and the gardens and outdoor pool. I will say this is probably why they say it's a 4 start. However Outside of this, this would be a 3 start hotel in America. You must constantly ask for everything, more towels, more pillows, more coffee. And they spray this air freshener is the halls that really start up your asthma, with this said if you suffer, bring alot of antihistamines amd inhaler medicine Now let's talk food. Don't waste your money eating here, Outside of the free breakfast. Do not door it. For a family of 4.it was 150 for the buffet and then you must pay for soda 5 dollars a peice and apple juice is 550 So go to downtown Disney eat at 5 guys.. So good and you will get ice for your drinks Or if you venture into the paris city under the luv, there is a mall. And there is an itialian restuarant that was fantastic.. Well worth every penny. See my reviews. We always try to mske the best of everything But, honestly, if you choose to stay here. Don't waste your money in the retardants, it's a waste of money. My granddaughter ate 2 chicken nuggets and 2 small donutes. Adult price are 37 and we barely ate, the food was cold and not desirable by our standards.. Eat outside.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Its clean and looked after well. Children will love it. The swimming pool is a fantastic bonus to the hotel. Felt the bar was a little pricey. Unfortunately the shuttle bus to Disney is a major let down. Believe the reviews others are leaving. A very unpleasant experience massively overcrowded and sometimes dangerous. Either a disney representative or a hotel representative needs to witness and take control of the shuttle bus situation as its an incident waiting to happen. For this reason we will not be returning to the dream castle.

An amazing hotel with many fun features for children. The staff are all very welcoming and we would certainly visit again.

Everything is perfect in the hotel, however, be careful with the shuttles if you want to see the evening show, wait for the last one around 12:10 a.m. from Chessy station, otherwise you will be crushed like potatoes, facing 90% very rude individuals time!

Excellent place to stay if going to Disney land Paris
