Really nice hotel, I cannot fault the service or the actual hotel. Only thing I would note is the food offering if you are a fussy eater is not the best.

Very good hotel for those going to Disneyland Paris, points of attention were the breakfast and the Wi-Fi which couldn't connect.

The castle is fantastic, everything is very well maintained! The best part is the heated pool!

A nice hotel at first glance. But for the price, it's a bit disappointing in some respects. The bathroom is rather outdated, there's no running water or water fountain available in the hotel, which is the bare minimum for the price. The pool isn't up to standard, the changing rooms are old and broken, and above all, not clean. In the morning, starting at 9:30, the housekeeping staff began entering the rooms. My wife, who was in the bathroom, didn't hear them knock and found them in the room. They knocked again at 10:00, then I took the suitcases downstairs, and when I returned, wanting to enjoy the last few minutes in the room to have a drink, the housekeeping staff were already at work. Otherwise, the rest of the hotel is nice, but it's just a pretty facade for the services of a 3-star hotel.

A magnificent hotel, unfortunately a victim of its own success, with too many tourists who have no respect for anything: noisy, lacking hygiene, and acting as if they own the place. They eat fast food "at the Astrolabe," taking up all the tables and leaving their leftovers behind. The tables remain dirty and cluttered two hours after their departure, even though there are plenty of bar staff to clean them up. At the pool, people enter fully clothed and with their shoes on, using the lounge chairs (all that's missing is a picnic!). We were very disappointed that such a beautiful place is so poorly maintained. However, the rooms were impeccable, clean, and comfortable, as were the attentive reception staff. It seems that work needs to be done with tour operators and management to prevent overcrowding from being detrimental to the hotel in the long run.

What an amazing stay!! So handy for going to the parks with free buses every 15 minutes. But the hotel itself is just fantastic. Big, clean rooms. Good breakfast and dinner buffets and play areas for kids. The staff are incredible every time I stay. So sorry it’s been a few months so I can’t remember their name now - but the gentleman that checked me in the morning of November 6th - fabbb!!! Helped me get in the room early so I could go straight to the park, and gave us a room with a gorgeous view. 1000% recommend (rebooking for Jan right now!)

A very good hotel at a reasonable price for Disney. We had a wonderful family stay. We hesitated for a long time before coming after reading the negative reviews. Once again, only unhappy people post their complaints! So we have no regrets about coming; we had an excellent stay.
