good. It was not excellent, the stay there was pleasant. The hotel is large and clean. The family rooms are large and spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable. It is beneficial for families and their children. Good deeds: - The spacious and luxurious lobby at the entrance and nice seating areas. There is coffee. The bus service to and from Disneyland every 20 minutes is wonderful, but when you get off at Disney, you must memorize the location because when you return from Disney at night, you must go from the station and the gate where you got off. And you must memorize the color and shape of the bus. -Uber service is available from the hotel. -There is a bus that goes to Outlet and the mall for 6 euros per person. -There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. -Breakfast is large, excellent, varied, and luxurious, with the room number and an organized queue. -There is a swimming pool, spa and gym in the hotel. And the garden is beautiful. -All employees are helpful and kind. -Security hotel, high security, babysitting, and games in the lobby. Bad deeds: -There is no bellboy service for carrying bags. You must carry them yourself to and from the room. - The breakfast chairs need to be replaced, they are dirty, stained and disgusting. If you replace it with chairs without fabric. -There is no slipper, you must order from the reception. There is no free drinking water in the room. -The receptionist does not respond quickly when calling.

We stayed at The DP Hotel this December for 3 nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and neat, and as it is open 24 hours we could come and go as we pleased. Highly recommended by us.

4 star hotel that lacks cleanliness! The swimming pool is dirty and let's not talk about the changing rooms....the filthy reception toilets...not great for the first impression. The staff is not up to par! Know that we hear your conversations! (Vulgar) you shame us!....training is necessary for your employees to behave properly...otherwise the room is beautiful and the hall is very pretty too. I don't think I'll come back with my family

Try not to take the first or last bus going or leaving Disney it’s like a Tokyo subway packed in like sardines. If you can get on in the first place.

A magnificent hotel where we have become accustomed to staying regularly. We would particularly like to highlight the quality of the restaurant "La Rôtisserie". The all-you-can-eat menu, offered at a very attractive price for an establishment of this standing (€35 per person), is a true culinary experience. Additionally, the wellness facilities, including a sauna, steam room and several swimming pools, add a touch of relaxation and luxury that makes every stay even more enjoyable.

An incredible hotel, its close proximity to the park makes it very interesting

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are quite spacious. The entire family (9 people) stayed in three rooms. All great. We had dinner every night and we found exquisite treatment from the staff, especially from Yziar, who helped us in everything, and from an Italian boy who served us at night at the buffet. We only had a small problem with a girl, but we preferred to ignore her rudeness rather than having the experience bother us. They have a small store where you can find some products in case of emergency, as was our case. The facilities were very good, although due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy the outdoor pool. Totally recommended and thank Yziar again. The only negative thing is the bus, when it picks up clients from various hotels, the moment it fills up it doesn't pass or it doesn't open. I think that a hotel of such a category could have its own bus or pick up clients from fewer hotels. It is the only thing to improve and it would not be difficult at all, especially in seasons that are considered high
