Excellent, professional, and quick service. The dining room was very noisy, which lowered the final rating. Generous portions, good quality meat, simple presentation.

One of the local institutions. Reservations are recommended. The dining room is quite noisy. The wait was indeed very long. But we come to this place to have a good time, so it didn't bother us! The service was energetic, with a waiter who really went the extra mile – he even sang for birthdays – and they had a nice menu. In terms of quality, it's a simple brasserie, nothing more, with some good and some not-so-good dishes. Some dishes were good, others less so; we had waited too long. The meat wasn't always cooked to order (we ordered it rare and it arrived well-done beyond what was reasonable, but after a 30-minute wait or more, it was difficult to send it back – we were hungry!). On the plus side: the fries were excellent and crispy. The desserts were quite good. In the end, the price is a bit high, but it was still a good experience. Three stars would have seemed too harsh.

Very good food, good value for money, cooked to perfection. We chose two rib-eye steaks which were excellent and very generous, even enormous (between 400 and 500 grams). We regretted ordering a starter 😁 which had already practically filled us up. Good service and well-organized. A good family restaurant where you can enjoy quality traditional and local cuisine. The service is friendly and efficient (though there can sometimes be a bit of a wait), but unfortunately, the dining room is extremely noisy when it's busy, especially when the larger tables are full. Overall, a recommendable establishment and a reliable choice in Rodez.

We had a very good meal (excellent value for money). The dishes were simple but delicious and of very high quality, without any fuss. The servers were very friendly. The place was a little noisy, but not bothersome as it's a market hall. The staff even let us set up a "play area" for the baby so we could stretch our legs before our journey. I highly recommend it.

It had been a long time since I had been to the market halls, but frankly the prices have skyrocketed and the quantity has decreased, it's a shame to treat customers like cash cows.
