Giorgio doesn’t just greet you; he embraces your soul. Within seconds, you’ll find yourself smiling like you’ve just reunited with a long-lost best friend who also happens to make the greatest pizza on Earth. And the pizza—oh my goodness. I am convinced that somewhere in a hidden Italian village, ancient pizza sages handed down their most sacred secrets, and Giorgio not only mastered them but elevated them into an art form bordering on divine intervention. The crust is a perfect paradox: impossibly light yet deeply satisfying, with a crispness that sings and a chew that comforts. The sauce tastes like it was made from tomatoes personally blessed by the sun. The cheese? Melted poetry. Every bite feels like a celebration. Not a quiet one—a full-on, fireworks-over-the-Seine, music-swelling, strangers-hugging kind of celebration.
