Charmante terrasse au centre du village. Avec un discret fond musical corse, nous avons apprécié le magret de canard et le porcelet confit. Les parts étaient copieuses.

Simply amazing!!! A taste escape… transmission from generation to generation… really successful.. thank you “grandma”!! All embellished with tradition, bits of life, historical story... exceptional! A big thank you from the bougnats!

Restaurant to absolutely do in Olmeto! Great welcome, very warm, traditional Corsican cuisine. The dishes are hearty, delicious and we enjoy it every time. The prices are absolutely correct. No hesitation to have.

Merveilleuse terrasse ombragée et délicieusement ventée. Joseph et son équipe sont à l’écoute. De bon conseil. Choisissez les plats locaux et notamment les tripettes et le pâtes aux palourdes

What a great discovery this small hotel restaurant, this magnificent relaxing setting, this great cuisine, Corsica as we like it, authentic and generous, without forgetting this team who takes great care of its customers. 19/09/2024: Very nice surprise, pretty terrace with a view of the mountain, tasty and generous Corsican dishes, especially the pots.. We had a great time..
18/09/2024: Warm atmosphere! Top notch service! I took the Marmite plate which introduces Corsican specialties. It was really good! The terrace seemed to have a wonderful view for hot days.
