I'm really impressed, thanks to their local approach, excellent food, and very reasonable prices. So yes, it deserves a 20/20.

A little slice of South America. Honestly, we never imagined we'd have such a wonderful culinary experience in Toulon. If you enjoy exotic cuisine with a modern twist, don't go to the wrong place; Santa Rosalia is the place to try. We enjoyed the Totopos as an appetizer, followed by two tacos and a tostada, all meant for sharing. Everything was truly excellent.

An absolutely magnificent discovery in the heart of Toulon. Each dish is a true work of art, crafted with incredible finesse on elegant, handcrafted ceramic tableware. The mastery of textures is impressive, particularly with the subtle use of mustard seeds, which provide a perfect crunch. The care taken with the presentation, such as the delicate edible flowers placed on the fresh vegetables, testifies to a genuine passion for cooking. I highly recommend this restaurant to all food lovers seeking creative cuisine.

The place is worth a visit for its originality. The flavors are unique. But for me, too many flavors can be overwhelming, the terrace is a bit cramped, and the wine is effervescent under the guise of being "alive." I'm giving it 4 stars because there's a real effort. For me, it's a bit too pretentious. But I'll say it again, the place deserves to be discovered...
