A fantastic team that's working hard during this holiday period.
The food was excellent. A minor complaint about the walnut tart. It was a bit dry and could have used some cream.
We had a lovely time.

We had a lovely time at this restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and the service impeccable.
Our dishes were excellent and generous.
The same goes for the dessert, which was delicious.
A wonderful discovery; we'll definitely keep this address in mind and will gladly return!

Visited this beautiful spot with a lovely view today. Nice and cool drinks. After ordering the drinks, we asked if we could see the menu. We were directed to the shop’s ‘boutique’. This was a takeaway section of the restaurant with sandwiches, ice cream, and other snacks.
The food was tasty, but it was a bit disappointing to discover that there was actually a menu with other food from the same restaurant? We were directed to a boutique when we would have preferred to order from the lunch menu?! The waitress also came across as a bit arrogant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at l'Ancre de Salut. On a beautiful Sunday at lunchtime, the weather was perfect, and almost every table, both inside and out, was occupied. Although we hadn't made a reservation, we were given a lovely spot with a wonderful view of the Vézère estuary where it flows into the Dordogne. Despite the large number of guests, the service was quick and friendly. The food was good and plentiful, and the drinks were pleasantly chilled. We would gladly return.
