Sarl la Comédie sur Arles

Frankly, it was because it was the last day because the restaurant is sold out but the dishes are not up to the prices. And then check the bill we were charged 90 euros more. Given that they are going to open another restaurant, I'm taking the trouble to post this review anyway. The CB terminal had taken on water. But who are we kidding? IT is not simpler to say that you have stopped the subscription. And frankly it's good but not crazy. We ate much better in Arles and for less money. As we cannot respond to the restaurateur's comments, I am supplementing my opinion. We respected the service and the cuisine. We didn't say a bad word and we chose the dishes when you came and as you asked us. You have to know how to accept criticism. We are not comparing you to Mc Do, Burger King and other fast food but to other truly good restaurants in Arles. you can go see my other reviews and especially the number of reviews I put. We are travelers and we respect the work done by the tourism world.

Top of the top! A gastronomic meal in a friendly bistro atmosphere. We loved it and we are delighted to have spent our anniversary here with my husband! Looking forward to meeting the bosses in a new adventure ❤️

We, two parents, a baby and two kids of 7 & 10, enjoyed lunch (dejeuner) and chose the ‘menu du jour’. Three courses, every one as delicious as the other. Small restaurant so no personel to manage. Just the patron/chef in the kitchen and his partner/sommelier serving. Go here and not to some of the tourist trap restaurants next to the Roman monuments. Oh and if that interests you, the three course lunch of the day was only EUR 25. Unbelievable quality for this price. After thought: Now it may look like it’s a family restaurant. It isn’t. La Comedie is a tiny, fine dining quality restaurant. With the service and food and wine quality to match.

An incredible restaurant! You can go there with your eyes closed, the dishes are superb!!!
