Well, of course, you need what it takes to make it taste good. Menu at 28€, then comes a good slice (1cm) of homemade foie gras terrine, with floc de gascogne. So there, dear friend.... I would say: "the good god in velvet pants"... this is the 2nd time in my life that I have tasted such a melting and tasty liver. On the advice of the waiter, son of the house, we opted for the slow-cooked piglet shoulder. Absolutely tasty, tender and tender. Accompanied by homemade duck fat fries, please!!! Don't imagine for a second that these could be frozen fries, impossible. At this point, you haven't been hungry for a while... well you eat anyway... it's so delicious 😋. Obviously you leave the table with such tense thoughts that you worry: “How will I be able to digest?” The great deal.... everything is going well, because there are only good products. It was a fantastic evening! Incredibly polite, professional reception, clear explanation (different language). 4 course meal: delicious soup, intermediate course with super tasty goat cheese, and lettuce and other, main course choice between meat - fish, and this was more than 'abundant' but fantastically prepared, then delicious Basque cake with vanilla sauce (?), then thé ( or coffee). Also included was 1/4 liter of wine per person. Don't be surprised..... €22/person. Highly recommended. Whiskey and Porto €4 and €3. For camper enthusiasts there is room on the other side.Muisstil.lots of space.We will be back.👍(IVM assessment of rooms: we were not there, but there was a beautiful garden with mighty olive trees

De passage dans la région, nous cherchions un bon restaurant à Aire sur l’Adour mais rien … nous questionnons une charmante dame dans la rue et elle nous indique ce restaurant à Ségos ! Quelle aubaine !!! Un menu savoureux et complet pour … 19€ !! Que des produits locaux et cuisinés maison ! - potage - entrée = salade de ventreche aux pommes de terre - gigot d’agneau aux haricots blancs - gâteau basque chantilly et crème anglaise - café - carafe de vin … Tout compris !! Fantastique ! Nous y retournerons vendredi prochain ! Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Désolée pour la photo du gigot car l’assiette était déjà bien entamée ! Tellement bon ! Dominique PS : quant au commentaire très négatif un peu plus bas, c’est pathétique ! N’en tenez pas compte! Les serveurs sont charmants !
