Sarté Restaurant sur Paris

This restaurant is all about : pay a lot, eat a little. 100+ euros for what feels like your starter for dinner. If you're looking for : a little bit of food for a ridiculous amount of money? Go ahead, then it's a nice dining place. The portions are just so small for the amount of money they ask for. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's good, there are interesting tastes and textures, but nothing extraordinary. Average value for money

Sarté has found its chef Maxime VDC whose cuisine delights us. For €25, the starter, main course and dessert lunch formula challenges Parisians to find better. All dishes are prepared with seasonal products and Maxime's cooking is imaginative and delicate. Added to this is a charming and attentive manager, a peaceful room just opposite a wonderful bakery (which supplies the restaurant) and an adorable neighborhood.

Excellent address! Pleasant setting. Friendly welcome and service. Refined cuisine with always a touch of originality. Excellent value. Today a great green asparagus and wild garlic risotto. For dessert, a delicious yuzu cream.
