What a wonderful discovery on Rue des Fossés Saint-Jacques! We had a delightful time at this restaurant. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. The sushi platter was particularly excellent, with impeccable freshness and perfectly balanced flavors. I also really enjoyed the contrast between the crispy texture of the sushi and the original presentation under the bamboo lids. We left delighted and will most certainly return to try the rest of the menu.

Overall, the experience was good; the ingredients were fresh, the service was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. However, the food was served slowly during peak hours, and the quality of fried foods was inconsistent. It is recommended to avoid peak hours or wait patiently.

Everything was very good, though not the best sushi and the prices were high, so I don't think I'll go back, but it was still a good experience. Quite noisy.
