What can I say? 🥹 My biggest regret since moving out of the Île-de-France region is that I'll no longer have access to the impeccable service of this restaurant. A team that demonstrates great generosity and professionalism. Family-run, exceptional cuisine, incredible welcome—we were never disappointed. I can no longer eat sushi without comparing it to sashimi, and their product remains unmatched, both in terms of price relative to the quantity offered and in the quality of the food. First time at this restaurant, the welcome and service were very warm. Despite ordering takeout for lunch, we were treated as well as if we had stayed in, with an aperitif and a seat while we waited, as well as special attention. Furthermore, the food was delicious and the portions generous. I 100% recommend this restaurant. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

We've been ordering our meals from Sashimi almost every week for several years now. The quality is consistently excellent, far superior to what you find in other restaurants. The ingredients are always fresh and high-quality, the presentation is impeccable, and the owners know how to cultivate customer loyalty, which is very pleasant. The service is always very friendly, and the orders are always ready on time and without any oversights. The price is also very reasonable considering the quality and quantity. For our Japanese meals, it's Sashimi or nothing!
