Relatives who live near this restaurant/caterer visited us in the suburbs where we live. They brought dishes prepared and purchased from Saveur d'Asie, 31 rue Monge, in the 5th arrondissement. The wonton soup delighted us: the consommé was absolutely excellent, and the enormous wontons were succulent. Clearly, the owners don't skimp on quantity or quality. The Bô Bun was so good that, despite our smaller appetites due to the huge soup that preceded it, we still managed to finish it without difficulty. A real treat! We can't wait to visit Paris to have a meal at Saveur d'Asie. Our visiting relatives were full of praise for the hospitality, kindness, and excellence of the dishes prepared and/or served by the Saveur d'Asie team.

19/08/2026: Excellent as always! Iany's welcome and service were perfect. We had a wonderful evening thanks to him. The pizzas were excellent, especially the dessert pizza.
18/08/2026: Italian cuisine, we're almost there.... They offer a menu with a choice of entrees, platters, and desserts. €33 for two courses, €27. I'd say the penne all'arrabbiata was delicious, but the gelato was a €10. Friendly staff and a nice place...

31/07/2026: We visited this cozy Italian restaurant yesterday, and it’s a bit of a mixed bag. On the culinary side, everything was fantastic. We ordered the lasagna, and a plate for two which were exceptionally generous, delicious, and cooked to perfection. The owner, who managed and served alongside one waiter, was wonderfully polite, efficient, and added a very pleasant, authentic atmosphere by greeting us with a few Italian words while communicating mostly in English. Unfortunately, the overall experience was heavily impacted by the poor service from the waiter. Basic hospitality standards were noticeably missing: * **Water:** When we asked for a bottle of tap water, he tried to push bottled sparkling or still water instead. He also completely forgot our request and brought nothing instead Only when the owner served the dishes we asked again and he brought us water quite fast. * **Wine Service:** When serving our wine, he poured it as fast as possible and rushed away, never checking on us again. * **Attentiveness & Basic Requests:** We needed olive oil and salt, but because the waiter never came back to check on the table, we had to get up and ask him directly. He promised to bring them, but never did. We finally got what we needed only when the owner walked by and brought it immediately after we asked him a second time. * **Atmosphere:** The waiter carried a distinctly unpleasant aura, and at the end of the meal during payment—when it was likely obvious we were dissatisfied—neither of them bothered to ask how everything went. The kitchen and the owner are wonderful, but good food can only go so far when the service falls completely short of what one expects.
22/07/2026: Service was fine but the lady at the counter was so amazing. The food was very very good my friends and I got pizza and they got the star pizza and it was hands down the best pizza I’ve had even in comparison to the ones I’ve had in Italy. Sadly closing soon.
