I ate well, but my friend who had seafood got food poisoning. I was fine myself, but just to be safe, always avoid seafood at all-you-can-eat buffets; it's a well-known risk. The environment was very noisy. The waiter was friendly and the buffet was well-stocked around 7:30 pm.

We came to Lyon for medical reasons and wanted to eat Chinese food. Warm welcome, the owner was friendly and attentive to hygiene (he took our temperatures). Generous, fresh buffet; the sushi wasn't extraordinary, but it was good. The wok station had a good selection, and the desserts were tasty. €20.90 per person at lunchtime is reasonable. We'll gladly come back.

Tested in the evening, good quality all-you-can-eat buffet with lots of choice, including Chinese, Thai and wok, for a price of 22.5 euros (in the evening).
