Saxifrage sur Lyon

A restaurant blending French and Japanese traditions. A warm welcome. Innovative cuisine. An exceptional sake pairing. The hostess provides excellent advice, taking the time to explain and guide you through the wide selection of dishes, tailored to your personal preferences. A truly subtle and innovative place. Not to be missed in a neighborhood brimming with wonderful restaurants. Thank you.

A wonderful time at Saxifrage. Delicious food and perfect wines (Chablis and Saint Peray). Excellent value for money.

A truly wonderful discovery! Original flavors, a well-balanced evening menu—we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and greatly appreciated the very friendly welcome. We're already planning our return… especially to explore the impressive sake list!

Dinner with a friend. A very mixed experience. Everything tasted good, but the flavors were very mild. No explosion of flavors, and the seasoning seemed a bit bland. Really disappointed, like my dinner companion.

A wonderful experience! We opted for the set menu with two starters and two main courses, which allowed us to sample a wide range of the chef's cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

A wonderful discovery! This restaurant offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The dishes are original, and the service is very attentive. If you're looking for a cozy spot to relax with a loved one or friends, this is the perfect place. We chose to pair our meal with sake, and the staff's recommendations were spot-on, allowing us to discover this beverage for the first time.

Excellent restaurant that combines French and Asian cuisine! Everything was perfect, including the service. The beef tataki was divine.

We came yesterday for Mr.'s birthday. The setting is minimalist and very calm, which was really appreciated! The service was impeccable, a warm and pleasant welcome! And the food!! We thoroughly enjoyed it, from the appetizer to the dessert (the duck was exceptional!). A big thank you to our waitress and the chef for this wonderful experience!

Refined cuisine, a simple, warm, and attentive welcome, and an understated setting. We will be back.

We had a wonderful evening at Saxifrage. Every dish was delicious, refined, with superb flavors and great taste. From casual diners to those with more discerning palates, this restaurant is ideal! The service was impeccable, and the chat with the chef at the end of the meal was also very enjoyable. We will be back!
