We went to visit Colmar for lunch one day and found one of the few restaurants that doesn't have time restrictions, so with a minimal wait, they seated us outside, as we chose since it was a beautiful day. We decided to try the tarte flambé, and I must say they make it really good, hearty, and generously seasoned. I recommend it to anyone in Colmar who has lunch after 2:00 PM like us.

We ate very well, the sauerkraut was excellent, as was the veal escalope with cream sauce. My only slight disappointment was the baeckeoffe... too dry! It must have been heated in the oven or under a broiler, which was a shame! But overall, we ate very well, and I highly recommend it.

Nothing to complain about... perfect for a relaxed and friendly experience. Personally, I highly recommend the roestis! Absolutely delicious!!! Every time I'm in Colmar, I have to go there...😉
