I was very pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant. Nothing about the exterior hints at the friendliness of the staff or the quality of the Alsatian dishes on offer. The menu is small, but there wasn't a single disappointing dish. A must-visit.

A great (lunch) restaurant for flambées and delicious desserts. We'd love to come back. Very friendly service, and the flambées are excellent. The restaurant is small, narrow, and simply decorated. I do find the beer price a bit high: €9 for a half-liter, and €4.50 for a half-liter.

04/01/2026: By far the best food we’ve had on our trip around Europe in the past 2 weeks. Arriving at the restaurant itself at night through the vineyards alone was already a uniquely fun experience. Their braised ham was cooked to absolute perfection(well worth the extra wait required), the black angus steak was also juicy and perfectly flavoured… If this was located in a touristy part of town they’d have 2 hour lineups for sure, but I sure am glad that this is a hidden gem.
22/12/2025: The best surprises are often the ones you stumble upon by chance. Discovered on my way back from the Colmar market, trying to escape the tourist traps and crowds. A lovely time spent enjoying traditional home-style cooking and professional, efficient service. Looking forward to returning next time.
