Expensive for the experience.
The food is good, but nothing groundbreaking. In the same category, with a lower price and a similar ambiance, there are much better options. Plenty of good principles, but it's important to remember that customers expect a truly memorable experience at this price.

Unusual flavors, beautiful presentation of the dishes with professional explanations, the staff is perfect. The only negative point was a significant delay between courses; apparently there had been a problem in the kitchen, but having arrived at 7:30 pm, we didn't leave until after 11 pm.

A beautiful vaulted restaurant, whose entrance is right next to the bins of the neighboring kebab shop. Based on the reviews, we expected to be surprised by explosions of flavor… we ended up on the "small woods and strawberry" evening… the starter was too peppery, the second starter with kohlrabi too spicy, and the (small) portion of duck was barely warm with a bland zucchini purée. The concept of a blind tasting is interesting, and the service is attentive (but not discreet in announcing the dishes of the next table while we were still trying to guess). The experimental wines are decent but young (I had a white wine replaced that was too mineral and too ordinary). Fortunately, the signature hazelnut dessert is exceptional and makes up for (almost everything), (after having a strawberry and pea dessert with strawberry stem syrup 😀). In short, a four-hour dinner (the wait between courses of tiny bites was far too long) with eight courses where the taste buds were overwhelmed by too much pepper, then too much chili, and finally became tiresome with the repetitive use of strawberries and peas/green beans. For the rest, the overall flavor lacked intensity, particularly in the few very small spoonfuls of sauce. Also worth noting were some surprising touches, like the focaccia finished on a gas burner to make it look like it came out of the oven. On the plus side, the non-alcoholic wine pairing was very good and quite original. For the price (€120 per person), it was disappointing.
