We visited the hotel a few days ago, during the holidays. The rooms weren't very new, but they were comfortable and clean. What made me very happy was that there was also a separate swimming pool for small children. The teams were very friendly and the general atmosphere was very calm.

The French touch is felt in every corner. Clean and tidy. Room with balcony. The wifi on the third floor is perfect. Decent breakfast.

Wonderful hotel to rest with a pool, carpeted floors and a credible reception with very authentic decorations

Very nice hotel, well located, with large comfortable rooms. Also perfect for children, rare things there was a children's reducer in the toilets, and a children's pool, so practical when you are walking with little ones! But the hotel stands out above all for its exceptional welcome, the lady at the reception is adorable, really don't change anything!

Nice staff, clean room and hotel

Skeptical on arrival, but pleasantly surprised by the exterior setting where you can walk around and discover the restaurant rooms including a patio which takes you on a journey with its decor.

Like every year, we had a pleasant stay in a family atmosphere. From arrival at reception to departure, the staff is warm, attentive to customers and impeccable service in terms of the maintenance of the rooms and studios - Bravo to all the staff who deserve applause. Negative point: security at the establishment level. Presence of people from outside the hotel and storming of the swimming pool - beers, cigarettes and lack of hygiene (spitting, urine in the shower, etc.) despite daily maintenance in the morning. Day and night access to the establishment from the rear and no physical presence during the night. The paddling pool is returned to a very clean condition, which gives joy to the children. A big thank you to Servotel Castagniers as well as Servotel St Vincent following the fires in Catagniers for the kindness and service. This year again, we had a dream stay: welcome and helpfulness at the reception, competent maintenance staff and practicing the service thoroughly. A must every year.
