Shabour sur Paris

A great experience, original cuisine and world flavors with wine pairing. Open kitchen, good atmosphere but the room is noisy.

Our evening was nothing short of remarkable. From the welcoming hospitality and personal attention, to the pace of the food and of course the unique food itself. Even after dinner the owner and Chef de Cuisine himself walked us down the street to his other restaurant and introduced us to his bar staff and then believe it or not, he paid our bar tab for us without telling us! The bartender told us after we asked for our check! Such incredible service and warmth all around. We also recommend Tekes for the same amazing experience and treatment! Thank you Shabour for making Paris even more magical for us!

Best meal I had in Paris. Do not hesitate to book. A warm, inviting experience. They invite you on a food journey and the staff operate in a small environment like a symphony. I was so full, I could barely touch the last 2 courses. I would ABSOLUTELY return as this was such a special meal.

We stayed here during our first stay in Paris and it was a pleasant discovery. Starting from the soft atmosphere, continuing with the dishes which are a true explosion of flavors and the careful choice of wines served, finishing with the detailed and courteous explanations of the staff, whose welcome was impeccable. In particular we thank Leonardo, a brilliant Italian chef who accompanied and advised us throughout the experience.

What a wonderful trip the Shabour restaurant has in store for us! A true delight for each dish, with bold and intercultural flavors that will awaken your taste buds; the art of feasting is mastered to perfection. You feel at home with tables offering a breathtaking view of the open kitchen and cooks who take turns presenting their gastronomic creations to you. A very attentive service, with the added bonus of a small goodbye gift at the end of the festivities.

What an amazing Michelin star gourmet dinner. The food was amazing and the wine courses paired perfectly with our dishes. We loved the explanations of the origins of the dishes fusing Jerusalem and French elements. The staff was welcoming and a pleasure to watch. Highly recommend this restaurant- a delight for the palate. We will definitely return!! Thank you Chef Eyal and your wonderful staff!!!

Accord met et vin orienté sur des vins du monde: très bien.
