The galette was just okay. The waiter was friendly and the air-conditioned dining room was pleasant.

6 Degrés de Liberté

03/07/2026: A nice bar, I stumbled upon it by chance; there was a singer with his guitar. The atmosphere was good, the people were friendly and a great mix. I had a really good beer recommended by the bartender (owner?). It lives up to its name, don't hesitate to stop by.
30/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this bistro, thanks in particular to Julien, who is incredibly kind—a rare find in Parisian establishments. Many thanks to him and the brasserie for the experience.

03/07/2026: Brilliant place. Very nice staff. Helped me choose. Great food. I had a goat cheese quiche. Merci beaucoup.
06/06/2026: A delightful meal, enjoyed at the bar. The gazpacho, carrot and apple juice, and goat cheese and salad tartine were exceptional. It felt just like home. Thank you to the whole team, and see you soon. Sincerely
