Shakespeare's English Bakery sur Roanne

We got 3 pastries. They were all really good and the service was friendly, however we spend 16€. Definitely check the prices before ordering.

Since the opening hours were changed, everything is perfect. Well done for the quick response. A great store, friendly staff, quality products, and reasonable prices.

We walked past the shopfront and turned back because the view was so tempting. The food was excellent, from the brioche to the donuts, and even the sandwiches. The only downside was the price... but hey, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! 😁

We bought a mix of pastries to take away. The service was very friendly and the food tasted great. Unfortunately, the area isn't very nice!

Overpriced sandwich with barely any filling, average service… the only positive point was the brioche which was good and soft.

Very good bread but not cheap, especially the specialty breads and pastries (cakes) sold by weight, good vanilla or pistachio cream puffs but beware of the cold chain: sometimes the cream puffs are kept at room temperature, with the pastries, and today with the stormy weather, the cream had gone bad!

I love this bakery, especially the traditional baguette, it's always exceptional and so fresh. It's quite rare in Paris for a traditional baguette to be this good, I think!

The slice of cake was good, but nothing special... the price was really outrageous.
