Very good, and the staff are kind and helpful.

A huge thank you to the person I spoke to on the phone today. Even though it wasn't your fault, you still agreed to remake my order without me having to pay again. I ordered takeout, got on my bike, and suddenly it rained heavily. I wasn't too far from home, but unfortunately, the bag ripped and fell. So I called McDonald's and explained the situation, and they agreed to remake it. I really want to thank you for this gesture, which I won't forget. On top of that, on the way back, I almost got hit by a car, slipped, and badly hurt my thigh. So McDonald's really helped me out. I order from them very often, and I've never had any problems except for the occasional minor oversight, but they've always been great at resolving the issue. I highly recommend them!

The employees at this McDonald's are so nice, they gave me two World Cup worms.

Another delivery order. No sauces (Chinese sauce for the nuggets), no sauce for the fries (which I pay 10 cents for). I called the restaurant in question (#Roanne) and got the same answer: I have to come to the restaurant (if I ordered delivery, it's because I can't go there). It's really disappointing...

Very good experience at this McDonald's, fast service, warm welcome and no mistakes on the order... The only downside is that this McDonald's is too far from my home to go as often as I would like!

We went to McDonald's this Friday, June 5th, and we ran into Nico, a fantastic guy, super smiley and in a great mood. I highly recommend employees like him; it makes you want to come back just to have another 5 minutes of fun with him. Otherwise, it's a typical McDonald's, depending on the time of day: lots of young people and very noisy.

Extremely fast service as there is no table service

When we went, it was busy but not overcrowded. We got a hot meal, which is rare in a McDonald's. The staff were friendly and smiling. The only downside was the lack of table service. But otherwise, it was great.
