Excellent experience at the McDonald's in Roanne! The service was quick and the staff were friendly and smiling. My order was complete and well-prepared. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, which is really appreciated. I highly recommend it! 👍

Honestly, it's really good, a good McDonald's.
The only problem, which isn't McDonald's fault but I have to mention it, is that during peak hours, especially at lunchtime, it's packed. There's a lack of space with the number of young students, but oh well, there's nothing we can do about it. But it has to be said.

Overall, a very good McDonald's, but I was overcome with emotion when I saw a classic Big Mac instead of a Big Mac Double Chicken in my mega maxi best-of. A minor, forgivable mistake; I still devoured it in one bite.

Excellent service at the McDonald's in downtown Roanne. The lunch was hot, even piping hot, which is quite rare, well done! 👏
The staff are friendly, very professional, and attentive to customers. A pleasant experience, I recommend it.

I give 4 stars for the lady at the drive-thru who takes orders; I am in awe of her efficiency. However, I am not giving 5 stars because I found the lady who served the menus at the drive-thru particularly unpleasant; she would be better off staying in the kitchen so she doesn't have to deal with customers.
