We didn't really find the flavors we discovered during our trip to India.
For a first experience for those unfamiliar with Indian cuisine, it's still worthwhile, with a warm welcome. You have to eat inside with Indian music playing in the background.

My favorite restaurant in Moulins. The food is excellent, the portions are generous, the presentation is beautiful, and the service is warm.

The dishes are generous and absolutely delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The staff are very friendly and offer excellent advice. You can go there without hesitation 🤩
Overall, it's decent, but it's a shame the dried fruit seems to have been added straight from the packaging, without being toasted or prepared beforehand before being mixed with the basmati rice. Better preparation would have given this dish more flavor and balance.
