The red rice rolls with shrimps, the peking duck, and the veal cubes are my favorite. I really enjoy eating at shang palace. I love their service and staff ! Keep it up

The Chinese cuisine was presented in a sophisticated, modern, and delicious way. The service was generally very pleasant. Our server could have been a bit more attentive, but the chef was particularly friendly.

The man who carved the Peking duck. He didn't cut it well; instead of slicing it into tiny pieces, he cut it like a duck breast before cutting it into smaller pieces. What a shame.

Special mention must be made of the perfectly executed Peking duck, as well as the exceptionally delicate dim sum. The service, for its part, is impeccable: attentive without ever being intrusive, it reflects a commitment to perfection in every detail to offer a truly unique experience.

My partner and I had the pleasure of enjoying the spa and restaurant. The entire concierge, spa, and restaurant teams were incredibly welcoming. Well done and thank you for this superb experience.
