A truly wonderful experience at Shang Palace.
The service was warm, attentive, and highly professional, and the dishes were exquisitely refined, with subtle and nuanced flavors.
We also greatly appreciated the chef's visit at the end of our meal to gather our feedback and explain his approach and culinary philosophy in English. This thoughtful touch added a real dimension to the experience.
We will return with great pleasure, especially if the plan to relocate Shang Palace to the hotel's upper floors comes to fruition: enjoying this cuisine with a view of the Eiffel Tower would be an even more dazzling experience!

An extraordinary evening with exceptionally high-quality food (we opted for the tasting menu) and a very warm and welcoming staff with lots of personality. We particularly enjoyed chatting with the servers and having long discussions with the chef about the different dishes on offer and what inspires the restaurant's cuisine in general!

We had the pleasure of dining at Shang Palace last Sunday evening with our family.
We had an exceptional time. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome and attentive, elegant service to the exquisite and delicious food. Each course allowed us to discover the chef's finesse and talent, with whom we had the pleasure of chatting.
We particularly enjoyed the Emerald menu, which allowed us to explore the chef's cuisine and culinary world.
