Excellent restaurant overall. The food was brilliant and the service extremely attentive. The chef, Tony Xu is so friendly, lovely and down to earth. He took the time to come and speak to all of the guests post service.This is definitely a restaurant would be worthy of a Michelin star.

Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome from both the hotel and restaurant receptions. Throughout our meal, we were served by Julien, who was a delightful presence. His service was impeccable. He was kind and smiling all evening. He made us feel completely at ease, as it was our first time dining in a restaurant like this. The meal was absolutely delicious. I have no other words to describe how good it was. The kitchen staff did a fantastic job adapting the dishes for my partner, who doesn't eat fish. The wines were also excellent. A huge thank you to everyone for the wonderful evening you gave us. And another enormous thank you to Julien for the perfect service!

It’s authentic Chinese cuisine at its finest. The presentation of the dishes is incredibly unique, and everything on the plate—including the garnishes and side elements—is exceptionally fresh. Compared to other Michelin-starred restaurants, the price is more than 50% cheaper.

We had dinner at this lovely establishment a few nights ago and I’m still thinking about it. We had the tasting menu while our kids ordered the prawn dumplings and noodles. Every morsel was mopped up and our little kids were fighting over the last dumpling. Our server was most attentive and kind, bringing our kids our items like their own chopsticks, hot towels so they could clean their hands, and even extra pillows so they could be propped up. He made the experience exceptionally elegant and we really enjoyed ourselves.
Shang Palace Paris is the perfect combination of Chinese technique and French ingredients, creativity and service.

A true delight for discovering Chinese cuisine, the dim sum menu is really excellent. The quality is evident in the dishes; the chef took us on a culinary journey to the Canton region.

The red rice rolls with shrimps, the peking duck, and the veal cubes are my favorite. I really enjoy eating at shang palace. I love their service and staff ! Keep it up

The Chinese cuisine was presented in a sophisticated, modern, and delicious way.
The service was generally very pleasant. Our server could have been a bit more attentive, but the chef was particularly friendly.

The man who carved the Peking duck. He didn't cut it well; instead of slicing it into tiny pieces, he cut it like a duck breast before cutting it into smaller pieces. What a shame.
