Shang Palace sur Paris

Went with my boyfriend here for his birthday! Staff was fluent in English and super attentive. Shoutout specifically to Duy, Patrick, and Julien ! They provided such a special service!

Absolutely exceptional! The service matches the refinement of the dishes; everything is excellent and perfectly executed. Thank you again, and a special mention to Sabrina who was simply fantastic. Best of luck!

A superb experience at Shang Palace for my birthday. The dishes were delicious; I loved the flavors of the different courses, especially the duck served in two courses. The mango cream for dessert was exceptional. The service was impeccable. A wonderful discovery!

In addition to being a wonderful culinary experience, our server Harry made it a truly enjoyable experience as well, thanks to his kindness and warm welcome. We followed all his recommendations, and it was flawless! Thank you, Harry!

An absolutely exceptional gastronomic experience! We had the pleasure of dining at Shang Palace, within the prestigious Shangri-La Paris, and it was simply a fabulous experience. From the remarkable quality of the dishes to the exquisite flavors, everything was perfectly executed. A true culinary journey, worthy of the reputation of this exceptional establishment. But beyond this magnificent gastronomic experience, we especially want to highlight the excellence of the service. The staff displayed remarkable professionalism, demonstrating constant attentiveness, great elegance, and genuine kindness. A special mention goes to Harry and Patrick, who greatly contributed to making this moment unforgettable. Their attention to detail, their kindness, and their thoughtful touches perfectly illustrate what one expects from palace service. This is also what true luxury is all about: feeling privileged without the service ever losing its authenticity. A huge thank you to the entire team for this exceptional interlude. An address we recommend without hesitation! Tina & Kenny
