A quick lunch stop between two beaches and exploring the town. The waitresses were incredibly welcoming, the owner friendly and smiling, and on top of all that, the portions were generous and delicious, perfect for our three teenagers. The duck breast with a honey-clementine-orange sauce and saffron rice was a very generous portion for the daily special. I sincerely recommend dining there on the breezy, humid terrace. Simply perfect.

We had the burger meal with tiramisu for dessert, and everything was excellent. The burger was very good, the fries were great too, and the tiramisu was the perfect ending to the meal. The waitresses were pleasant, smiling, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

A lovely evening on a Friday in mid-July. There were nine of us (from Paris and Lille). The main courses were excellent: octopus, linguine with prawns, burgers... all delicious! The children's menu with homemade nuggets was perfect and reasonably priced. The desserts were also very good. The waitresses and waiters were very pleasant and attentive. I recommend it for a great time. The large fans were much appreciated given the heatwave. And they even offered little Dijon mustards! Thank you! I highly recommend it.

Ah, Shanka in Porto-Vecchio *Shanka - A favorite in Porto-Vecchio An exceptional lunch at Shanka. The food is truly excellent. The atmosphere is wonderful, very welcoming. And a special mention to the owner: a lovely welcome, and he puts a smile on everyone's face. We left with light hearts and full stomachs. A must-visit in Corsica ❤️ To our guests on holiday from Toulouse and Vendée, a huge thank you again ❤️❤️❤️

Seasonal worker, I highly recommend this super friendly place where the waitresses put their hearts into the service, they're warm and welcoming, and the owner is a down-to-earth guy. The two servers were friendly, smiling, and pleasant, even though it was very busy. The food was excellent: generous, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. We ate there as a group of eight. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We ate as a family at this restaurant while watching a World Cup match. It was very crowded; perhaps we just got unlucky. The pasta with tomato sauce was difficult to eat (the sauce was far too acidic). The fish and chips were too dry. The crab tagliatelle was cold and rather bland. The steak tartare and octopus were just okay. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, as is typical in Corsica. It's a shame because the restaurant is in a fantastic location.

26/07/2026: We stopped at this restaurant after paying €20 for parking to access the beach, €15 of which was then deducted from the bill. The portions were generous, and the staff were pleasant and welcoming. The service was a little slow, but the setting was so beautiful that it easily faded into the background. One small drawback, however: it's not possible to share a dish. In our case, our children weren't very hungry and simply wanted to share a pizza, but management insists on one dish per person. We particularly appreciated the friendliness of our waiter, the playful moment with the presentation of the fish (even if it arrived after we had already made our choices!), and a special shout-out to Thomas, who made us laugh with his explanation of the famous steaming mug. 😜
26/07/2026: A must-visit spot on Palombaggia beach! The team is fantastic! Super friendly, caring, and professional! Special mention to our "fisherman" who prepared lobsters that our taste buds will remember for a long time! And our waiter was excellent too! An unforgettable moment in an idyllic setting, thank you!
