Excellent restaurant! The tasting menu is well worth it. The plum aperitif is sweet and delicate, the sushi and maki appetizers are very good, and the tapas-style platter with karaage and gyozas in various varieties is really nice! For dessert, the black sesame ice cream is always a delight.
I highly recommend this restaurant and would be happy to return :)

A lovely little restaurant with charming decor. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The dishes are authentically Japanese, and the ingredients are very fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the menu is excellent. It's rare to find a truly good Japanese restaurant. The value for money is also very good.
I highly recommend it.

We stumbled upon this place by chance? We had a gift voucher to use, and the restaurant was one of the options.
What a wonderful discovery this restaurant was! Impeccable cleanliness and service, and the food was delicious.
I highly recommend this establishment for everything it has to offer at a very reasonable price. In fact, our gray hair was surrounded only by young people, barely 30 years old—that's a good sign, don't hesitate!

We had a wonderful time at Shoon this Whit Monday. The freshness of the ingredients, the owner's kindness, and her thoughtful touches (especially considering she was running everything single-handedly – hats off to her!) made our meal truly enjoyable 🍣 Thank you again 🥰 We'll gladly return to Strasbourg's oldest sushi restaurant

We've been going to this restaurant for years. The sushi menus are very good, and now they also make bento boxes. The service is always excellent. Eat in or take away. We highly recommend this restaurant. Plus, there's a parking lot nearby, making parking easy.
