We had a wonderful time at Shoon this Whit Monday. The freshness of the ingredients, the owner's kindness, and her thoughtful touches (especially considering she was running everything single-handedly – ​​hats off to her!) made our meal truly enjoyable 🍣 Thank you again 🥰 We'll gladly return to Strasbourg's oldest sushi restaurant

We've been going to this restaurant for years. The sushi menus are very good, and now they also make bento boxes. The service is always excellent. Eat in or take away. We highly recommend this restaurant. Plus, there's a parking lot nearby, making parking easy.

Excellent Japanese cuisine, very refined and original. The atmosphere was slightly disappointing with rather high prices, but the food was so good that I highly recommend this restaurant! They are pet-friendly.

Everything was perfect 👍 A wonderful welcome and a truly excellent meal. Super fresh, super delicious! You can tell the food is made with love! We had a lovely time as a family…we highly recommend it 💯

A wonderful discovery! We received a Wonderbox gift voucher and we're so glad we did. Small restaurant, but excellent service. A very warm welcome, the sushi... absolutely amazing! So fresh. One word: BRAVO! THANK YOU for this discovery. We'll be back.

23/02/2026: Very rich menu. Sushi, grill, stir-fries and soups. Ramen soup chicken gyoza - fantastic! The sushi is also excellent. A pleasant and respectable place. Prices are definitely reasonable
