SIP Coffee bar sur Bordeaux

A family-friendly and welcoming place, especially pet-friendly. Excellent vegetarian dishes. The kitchen is open and very clean! The Arabica coffee is excellent, a connoisseur tells you!

I got a decent flat white with oat milk. Nothing wrong with the coffee itself. What puzzled me, however, was that the espresso was first collected in two small glasses and then poured into a takeaway cup. That extra step can't be doing the flavour any favours and seems to take away some of the depth and character of the coffee. I was also given a lid on my cup without being asked. That felt a bit odd. A lid should be something the customer can request if they want one, rather than the default. In many cases it's simply unnecessary and creates additional waste. Apart from that, the service was fine and the coffee was perfectly drinkable.

Visited on a lazy Sunday afternoon (32 degrees outdoor), the americano was tasty and the barista provided friendly service.

Had the pancakes with egg and bacon. Was very nice the pancakes were dense but fluffy! They were very generous with the pancakes too!

Lunch featured the dish of the day, chicken spring rolls, a dish that seems simple at first glance, but it's packed with the flavors of Asia. Perfectly prepared, the chicken is tender and flavorful. Fresh herbs like cilantro and parsley brighten the taste, with a subtle twist of red chili (you have to look for it) that's surprisingly effective without being overpowering. In short, it's perfect, and to finish, a fine, concentrated, and fragrant espresso. Pure bliss for a midday break at a reasonable price, entirely justified. Well done.

I came for brunch, and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great, and the food was incredible. I highly recommend it!
