An incredible discovery... From the moment you sit down, you know you're in for a wonderful evening. The welcome is warm. The staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to help, and above all, the food is fantastic. The cuisine is fresh, fragrant, subtly spiced, and bursting with flavor. A truly wonderful find that I recommend without hesitation.

A very good experience by the Canal Saint-Martin. We came on a Saturday at lunchtime without a reservation, and there was space. The food was excellent! It's a shame, however, that rice wasn't offered as a side dish on the menu. The waiter offered us rice when clearing our plates, so I wasn't sure if it was included. The service was very fast. The Hak cocktail was great. I agree with the other reviews about the high stools not being very comfortable. The restrooms were clean but there was no toilet paper or soap, and the lock was broken.

Excellent Asian restaurant, especially for bao buns. We discovered flavors we weren't used to. The bao buns were absolutely delicious. The appetizers were also original. The service was impeccable! For lunch, the canal setting adds a completely different charm, especially in summer. Highly recommended!
