A very good vegetarian restaurant located in the Jean Jaurès district of Toulouse. The dishes are very well seasoned, with lovely combinations of vegetables and balanced flavors. We chose cold dishes, perfect for summer, and they were particularly delicious.

Excellent food and service. I have intolerances to dairy products, nuts, seeds and bell pepper. They were extremely nice and understanding and prepared a special dish for me. In other places they would be annoyed. O was super happy with my special dish and the whole atmosphere and service.
