I invite all my friends and family to Sixta to share its delicious food and visual delights, the beauty of the place, the bliss of a cozy nap, and most importantly: the attentiveness and friendliness of all the waitresses and cooks! A very good vegetarian restaurant located in the Jean Jaurès district of Toulouse. The dishes are very well seasoned, with lovely combinations of vegetables and balanced flavors. We chose cold dishes, perfect for summer, and they were particularly delicious.

Sixta Restaurant was exactly what I needed when I was craving a vegan, gluten-free tiramisu. It’s not easy to find a dessert that checks both boxes without compromising on taste, but this place delivered beyond expectations. The tiramisu was easily the best plant-based version I’ve ever had—rich, perfectly balanced, and incredibly satisfying. If you’re looking for a spot that takes dietary preferences seriously while still creating something genuinely delicious, Sixta is a must-visit.
