Personally, a warm welcome, finally someone from the profession, it’s a pleasure, very nice room, I recommend it.

Well located hotel, the welcome is friendly, the room and bathroom are large, the sweet and savory breakfast is substantial and good. We had an excellent stay in this well decorated and original hotel.

Charming, smiling and attentive staff. Ready to give advice on restaurants and the surrounding area. Small terrace on a very pleasant pedestrian street for morning coffee. Ideal location. However, the room was much less charming than those of the same name presented on the site. I suspect that we cannot present all the rooms in photos if they are not identical, but in this case, it would be important to warn of a difference in standard, in order to avoid disappointment upon arrival. Indeed, the bathroom in particular really deserves a refresh (broken jet tap, mold, damaged seals, no shower gel provided, just a little individual hand soap... But very good pressure!). Perhaps the 3 different prices for apparently the same service (charming room) are justified in the attention paid to the bathroom? Mystery. This may only concern the room we came across... However, the room remains very pleasant, spacious, practical and comfortable. Perfect bedding quality; even if calling a “double queen size bed” two twin beds pushed together with a duvet and a large sheet on top is very confusing; especially when the double bed has been expressly requested. Finally, it's really nice that the hotel accepts animals at no extra cost, smiles and petting included!

Very unusual establishment! A very warm welcome by the owner of the place, a charming and peaceful place. You can stop there without fear. Upon arrival, we were amazed. Spacious and clean rooms in absolute calm. Well located in the city, easy access by car and/or on foot. The owner is not stingy with advice.

Passing through Castres, this August 14, 2024 for a motorcycle stage. How lucky are we to discover this hotel where everything is perfect. We feel like at home, with family. exceptional boss, a well of culture, patience, and very professional Fouilla!!!!We highly recommend this establishment my blèt!!!!😂😂😂😂 bravo 🙏

A wonderful hotel with so much charm and setting. The people are all very attentive and warm. A great breakfast with only good and respectful products. Coming as a family with our dog, we were able to enjoy a real moment of relaxation in the Africa saga suite. Thank you again for your hospitality.
