We had lunch every day at Soleil des Neiges and it was a real treat! A special mention for the three-cheese pizza, which was incredible! We also had the chance to try raclette and fondue, both very good. We highly recommend Soleil des Neiges in Sauze.

The Sauze institution! A well-run establishment for over 50 years (I, Joëlle, have been a regular since then). A diverse menu with choices to please everyone. The portions are generous, the products are local, and the prices remain affordable. As for the decor, it has a warm, friendly mountain feel. Top-notch service (they have a hotel school in the kitchen!). All this at very reasonable prices. In short, a well-deserved reputation!

A place where you feel right at home. Here, you can fall back into your routines and feel like family from the moment you arrive. The welcome is genuine and warm, and the staff is always attentive. The atmosphere is particularly pleasant, especially with the fireplace which provides real warmth and a very welcome cozy feel. As for the food, it's as delicious and generous as ever, with excellent value for money. A treasured spot, where you'll gladly return again and again.

We had dinner at the restaurant. Very good. The dishes were delicious, made with excellent ingredients, superb cuisine from appetizer to dessert, and the service was very pleasant and efficient.
