A wonderful family holiday.
There were seven of us, including a baby, and we were on a half-board plan.
The owner and staff did everything to make our stay very enjoyable.
We had a fantastic time.

Fantastic family stay at the Hotel Le Soleil des Neiges! We absolutely loved it.
It's a family-run hotel where you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is simply impeccable.
A special mention for the owner: she might seem a little direct at first, but she's actually very endearing, genuine, and incredibly kind.
We're leaving with wonderful memories and will definitely be back next year.

It's a pleasure to return to Soleil des Neiges every year. The welcome is always warm and attentive, and the staff are incredibly caring and always smiling. Stephanie and Nathalie, not forgetting Seb, are very kind and helpful. Renaud's cooking deserves a third star! We love it!

As a regular customer of the bar and restaurant, I found this establishment to be a rare find these days, with staff and management (family-run) exhibiting pure professionalism. The welcome, service, and friendliness were exceptional, and they were always there to help.

A perfect stay.
We spent a week as a family at Le Soleil des Neiges. This hotel is truly enchanting. We found all the qualities that have made French hospitality so renowned:
- An exceptional location: just steps from the slopes and the ski school. Children can be independent and come home on their own.
- A comfortable and well-designed room.
- Delicious cuisine that makes you want to arrive early in the evening to enjoy it. (At lunchtime, the brasserie menu is also excellent).
- A perfect welcome with attentive, friendly, and professional staff.
The management team knows perfectly well how to address the few noisy or inconsiderate guests. These guests may be unhappy, but the rest of the family clientele appreciates it. This is essential for peace and quiet.
In short, I highly recommend this hotel, where those who appreciate authenticity will be delighted.

The welcome was fantastic, the staff were attentive and adapted to our needs. They found solutions despite the crowds. The location is perfect; you can barely hear anything but the ski poles being hit and the children laughing on the sleds. We could enjoy the terrace while keeping an eye on the children as they came down. It's right on the slopes, in the heart of the resort and its activities. However, it's important to remember that you're not alone and that everyone can't be served at the same time. When you're on vacation, you have to learn to take your time and enjoy yourself.
