Soleil des neiges sur Enchastrayes

Excellent stay at Soleil des neiges. Unparalleled professionalism. The whole team is great. Impeccable cleanliness, warm welcome and authentic charm are there. The hotel has stunning views. The location at the foot of the soap bar is ideal when you are with family and the children are taking ski lessons. The indoor swimming pool is very pleasant after a day outdoors. The bar is also very nice for playing table football. The restoration is perfect. . We have been there before, we will return with great pleasure! We highly recommend this address which is an institution in Sauze.

We had a wonderful week and received a very warm welcome, special mention to our assigned server Sebastien who showed great professionalism and extreme kindness. The boss and future boss are very commercial. The food is very good and very plentiful. I would like to point out that we booked early every day in order to have a table, I have witnessed very unpleasant customers so for the negative opinions of certain people I think that perhaps this should be put in place bosses and employees who are there to do their job and not be insulted. We were only concerned with the catering (lunch) and not with the hotel. What a joy to be able to enjoy this terrace at the foot of the slopes, it really is a perfect location, especially at midday in the sun (they are rare on the Sauze) The meals are good, the service is fast 👍🏻 On the other hand, the boss (of a certain age), what a shrew! Unpleasant as we rarely see! Bordering on mistreatment of staff, thoughts out loud, blatant favoritism, bullied customers who sometimes don't even have the time to express themselves, I have never seen so many people turn their heels in front of such character; personally I would never understand these unpleasant “traders”! I think that the success of its location and its practicality "authorize" such behavior because the requests are numerous, in short it's a shame because it spoils everything else.

We were very poorly received by the owner who was unpleasant to us all week but we came back to eat every lunchtime because there is very good service whether at the bar or at the table and a very good cook

A great place at the foot of the slopes to relax and enjoy the Alps. The bar and restaurant are warm and friendly. I loved the wood-burning fireplace in the bar. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the mountains with a gigantic terrace in full sun in summer and winter.

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel face à la montagne, au pieds des pistes. Accueil très chaleureux , la patronne Joëlle et ses employés aux petits soins pour ses clients. Après une journée d activités à la station, possibilité de se détendre dans la piscine chauffée de l hôtel 🥰. Petit vin chaud en terrasse au soleil 👍 et le soir devant la cheminée 🥰. La restauration à l hôtel vraiment au top, varié, copieux et très bon😋. Vraiment un grand merciiii pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse🌈🏂

Venu quelques fois pour manger à midi Établissement vintage charmant. Le personnel très accueillant et au service du client Une patronne très sympa m’a proposé une entrée avec le plat du jour sachant que le midi il ne font pas à carte du restaurant que le soir. Les tarifs sont raisonnables et accessible à tous Une cuisine qui est excellente et dans l’esprit familiale Je recommande et reviendrai vous voir et déguster vos bons plats Merci pour cette agréable moment passer dans votre établissement Eric

Joelle et son personnel sont très sympathique, la nourriture est juste excellente, je recommande 200% 2e séjour avec CE Malartic et prêtes à y retourner l annee prochaine sans hésitation

Un endroit très sympa et très bien placé. Idéal pour prendre l'apéritif le midi et le soir. Accueilli par Sébastien le serveur, qui est d'une gentillesse remarquable. Endroit authentique avec cheminée. J'ai adoré. Mille merci à Sébastien pour son professionnalisme et très belle saison à vous. Nous reviendrons bien évidemment vous voir très vite. Personnel très agréable, chaleureux ! Les repas sont extrêmement bons et très copieux, produits de qualités. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable également. La vue de la chambre sur les pistes est magnifique. Emplacement parfait. Aucun point négatif, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons !
